摘　　要：高职航海院校专业文化建设是实现人才培养目标的重要支撑。在价值意蕴上,高职航海院校专业文化建设是高素质航海人才培养、高水平航海专业建设、高质量航运产业发展、高标准职业环境适应的要求。当前,较多院校的航海文化建设还存在软硬件资源滞后于时代发展、活动缺乏设计规划、传播话语影响力和接受度不高、校企互通融合不深等现实困境,需要大力开展航海文化基建,铸就专业文化建设“新阵地”;精准设计航海文化活动,打造专业文化建设“新标靶”;有效开发航海文化载体,开拓专业文化传播“新介质”;全面增强航海文化互动,开创校企专业文化互融“新局面”。The construction of professional culture in higher vocational maritime colleges is an important support for achieving talent training goals.In terms of its value connotation,the construction of professional culture in higher vocational maritime colleges is a requirement for the cultivation of high-quality maritime talents,the construction of high-level maritime majors,the development of high-quality maritime industry,and the adaptation to high-standard occupational environments.Currently,the construction of maritime culture in many colleges still faces real obstacles such as lagging behind in soft and hard resources,lack of design planning in activities,low influence and acceptance of communication discourse,and shallow integration between schools and enterprises.It is necessary for maritime colleges to vigorously carry out the infrastructure construction of maritime culture,forge a“new front”for professional cultural construction,precisely design maritime cultural activities to form a“new target”for professional cultural construction,effectively develop maritime cultural carriers to explore“new media”for professional cultural dissemination,and comprehensively enhance maritime cultural interaction to create a“new situation”of professional cultural integration between schools and enterprises.
