摘　　要：目的:评价含有中药复方提取物的一款防脱抑菌洗发剂的安全性及功效。方法:以丹参、黄芩、人参、侧柏叶、姜根五种中药提取物为原料,制备一款防脱抑菌洗发产品,按照相关标准和方法进行感官、理化、卫生指标评价;采用急性眼刺激试验、急性皮肤刺激试验、人体皮肤斑贴试验对洗发剂进行安全性评价;通过马拉色菌抑菌性能测试、产品使用前后脱发计数、整体毛发密度视觉评估和受试者自评,考察洗发剂的抑菌防脱功效。结果:研制的洗发剂感官、理化、卫生各项指标均符合国家标准;产品通过安全性评价,未发生不良反应;对马拉色菌的抑菌率大于50%;产品使用前后防脱效果差异有统计学意义,且100%的受试者整体认同该产品。结论:该洗发产品性能优良,对人体安全无刺激,抑菌及防脱效果显著,具有良好的市场应用前景。Objective To evaluate the safety,antibacterial efficacy and hair loss control effect of a shampoo containing Chinese herbal compound extracts.Methods Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extracts such as Salvia miltiorrhiza,Scutellaria baicalensis,Ginseng,Cacumen Biotae and Ginger Root were used as raw materials for preparing a hair loss control and antibacterial shampoo.First,evaluation of the sensory,physical and chemical,and hygienic indicators of the shampoo in accordance with relevant standards and methods.Then,the safety evaluation of the shampoo was carried out by acute eye irritation test,acute skin irritation test,and human skin patch test.Finally,the antibacterial and hair loss control efficacy of shampoo product were investigated through Malassezia antibacterial ability test,hair loss counts,visual assessment of overall hair density,and subjects’self-evaluation after using the product.Results The sensory,physical and chemical,and hygienic indicators of the shampoo were in line with the national standards.The product passed safety evaluation with no adverse reactions;The antibacterial rate of the shampoo against Malassezia was greater than 50%.The difference in hair loss control effect between before and after use of the product was significant,and 100%of the subjects approved of the product overall.Conclusion The shampoo has excellent performance.It is safe and non-irritating to human skin,while the antibacterial and hair loss control effects are remarkable.These means the product has a good market application prospect.
