面部自体脂肪移植术后腮腺损伤1例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：腮腺损伤常见于锐器或手术损伤。面部自体脂肪填充常采用钝针操作,腮腺损伤比较少见,但若手术操作不当,或患者术区因既往手术史形成局部粘连的,在行自体脂肪移植时有可能损伤腮腺。腮腺损伤后常表现为面颊部肿胀、疼痛,局部皮温升高等症状,本研究报道笔者医院1例面部自体脂肪移植术后腮腺损伤病例,结合该病例的病史特点、超声情况,总结其治疗方案和预后情况,并复习相关文献,为临床治疗该并发症提供参考经验。Parotid gland injury is commonly seen in sharp instrument or surgical injuries.Facial autologous fat filling is often performed with blunt needles,and parotid gland injury is relatively rare.However,if the surgical procedure is too violent or if the patient has local adhesions in the surgical area due to past surgical history,it is possible to damage the parotid gland during autologous fat transplantation.After parotid gland injury,it often presents with swelling and pain in the cheeks,as well as high local skin temperature.The author reports a case of parotid gland injury after facial autologous fat transplantation in our hospital.Based on the medical history and ultrasound findings of the case,the treatment plan and prognosis are summarized,and relevant literature is reviewed to provide reference experience for clinical treatment of this complication.
