摘　　要：目的:探讨在青少年患者固定矫治初期电话回访对于托槽脱落率的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月于深圳市龙华区人民医院进行固定矫治的160例青少年患者为研究对象,共粘接托槽3200颗,依据初次安放矫治弓丝之后是否进行电话回访分为干预组和对照组,每组80例。干预组患者在第1~6个月每个月固定时间给予2次电话回访,进行矫治后注意事项宣教,记录患者每月复诊时托槽脱落情况,并比较分析。结果:矫治后1~2个月,干预组托槽脱落率明显低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),第3个月差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第4~6个月托槽脱落率差异不明显,两组中男性患者正畸初期托槽脱落率均高于女性患者(P<0.05)。结论:青少年患者固定矫治初期,男性患者托槽脱落率相对更高;进行电话回访口腔正畸宣教,能够明显减少托槽脱落率。Objective To explore the effect of telephone follow-up on the failure rates of bonded brackets in the early stage of fixed orthodontic treatment for adolescent patients.Methods 160 adolescent patients with fixed orthodontics in the Dental department of Shenzhen Longhua District People'Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and aged between 12 to 18,a total of 3200 brackets were bonded.According to whether have a telephone interview after the initial arch wire were placed,the patients were divided into intervention group and control group with 80 people in each group.The intervention group was followed up by telephone at a fixed time every month from the first to the sixth month and precautions after orthodontics were taught,the failure rates of brackets was recorded and compared during the follow up visit every month.Results Within the first two months,the brackets falling off rates in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and there were difference between the 3 months(P<0.05)and 4 to 6 months have no significant difference,In the two groups,the rate of bracket falling off in male patients was higher than that in female patients at the initial stage of orthodontics,and the difference was statistically.Conclusion In the early stage of adolescent wearing fixed appliances,Male patients have a higher rate of bracket loss;Carry out telephone follow up and orthodontic education,it can significantly reduce the failure rates of bonded brackets.
