摘 要:壳聚糖、丝素蛋白、聚己内酯和聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物等生物材料可通过静电纺丝技术制备成神经组织工程支架。此类支架具有生物相容性较好、可降解、比表面积大和孔隙率高等优良特点,可通过仿生细胞外基质结构、负载神经营养药物和结合电刺激等促进受损神经再生,因此在神经组织工程中备受关注。本文对常用于神经组织工程的静电纺丝材料以及静电纺丝技术在神经组织工程中的应用进行综述。Biomaterials such as chitosan,silk fibroin,polycaprolactone and polylactic-co-glycolic acid copolymer can be prepared into nerve tissue engineering scaffolds by electrospinning.Such scaffolds have good biocompatibility,degradability,large specific surface area and high porosity.They can promote the regeneration of damaged nerves by biomimetic extracellular matrix structure,loading neurotrophic drugs and combining electrical stimulation.Therefore,they have attracted much attention in nerve tissue engineering.This article reviews the electrospinning materials commonly used in nerve tissue engineering and the application of electrospinning technology in nerve tissue engineering.
