摘　　要：中国特色社会主义新时代是中国共产党新闻政策的创新发展期。这一时期新闻政策的调整和变化带有根本性、战略性、全局性意义,有强烈的时代意识和清晰的历史方位感。这一时期,党和政府出台了促进报业转型的媒介融合政策,为广电发展提供新动能的智慧广电政策,基于高新技术的媒体融合期的互联网新闻政策。这些政策主要根据社会主要矛盾变化调整,要求新闻传媒为“攻坚期和深水区”改革提供良好舆论环境,强调国际传播以形成与综合国力及国际地位相匹配的国际话语权。其特点是:重视、发展和治理信息技术成为重要的新闻政策;系统化、科学化、法治化成为新闻政策发展方向;媒介融合成为新闻政策创新发展的主要内容。The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics signifies an innovative evolution for the news policy of the Communist Party of China(CPC).During this period,adjustments to news policy have been fundamental,strategic,and comprehensive,reflecting a heightened awareness of contemporary challenges and a clear historical orientation.Throughout this period,the Party and the government rolled out media integration policies to facilitate the transformation of the newspaper industry.Smart broadcasting policies were implemented to drive the evolution of radio and television,and internet news policies were established,all underpinned by advanced technologies during the media integration phase.These policies primarily responded to shifting social contradictions,requiring the media to foster a favorable public opinion environment throughout the"critical phase and deep waters of reform".Furthermore,they emphasize international communication to ensure that China's global discourse aligns with its expanding international stature.Key characteristics include prioritizing the development and governance of information technology as essential elements of news policy.Another characteristic is directing news policy development towards greater systematization,scientific rigor,and legal foundation.Additionally,media integration is positioned as the major driver of innovation and progress within news policy.
