摘　　要：康德道德哲学中存在着两种中介思想,一种是使道德法则的实行成为可能的第三者概念,另一种是使纯粹实践判断力对行动的善恶评判成为可能的模型论。二者不能相混淆,前者是在人的内心意念中发挥作用,使人自愿服从道德法则;后者虽然是通过每个人对自内心态度的反省而开展的,但其作用方式在于对准则和自然法则的比较。这种比较是逻辑意义上的,即检验每个准则是否具有道德法则所要求的普遍性形式。康德的中介思想在其整个哲学体系中随处可见,并构成其三元体思想框架的核心要素。而究其根源,这种思想可追溯到古希腊以来的各种二元论和中介概念。There are two kinds of mediation in Kant's moral philosophy:one is the third thing that makes moral law possible,and the other is the model theory that makes possible the judgment of actions as good or evil by pure practical judgment.These two kinds of mediation cannot be confused;the former works in the inner intention of everyone and would make them obey the moral law willingly;the latter,though carried out through the introspection of each individual on his/her own inner attitudes,works in the manner of comparison between a maxim and a law of nature.This comparison is made in a logical sense,i.e.,it tests whether each maxim has the form of universality required by the moral law.Kant's idea of mediation is found throughout his philosophical system and constitutes a central element of his triadic framework of thought.And at its root,this idea can be traced back to various dualism and mediation concepts since ancient Greece.
