基于《血证论》探讨唐宗海对“脾阴”的认识及临床应用

摘　　要：通过梳理唐宗海《血证论》一书中“脾阴”理论的渊源和思想依据,以及相关论述,认为唐氏“脾阴”属于传统中医“气化”层面的概念,提出“脾阴”是为了反映机体融化水谷和滋生血脉两种生理功能而选用的载体,这与唐氏重视气、阴的学术思想密切相关;通过分析唐氏“脾阴”理论的临床应用,并列举现代临床实践中对唐氏“脾阴”理论继承和发挥的实例,凸显其理论和实践价值。Through sorting out the origin and ideological basis of the theory of“spleen Yin”in TANG Zonghai s book Xue Zheng Lun,as well as related discussions,it is believed that TANG s“spleen Yin”belongs to the concept of“Qi transformation”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is proposed that“spleen Yin”is a carrier selected to reflect the two physiological functions of the body,melting water and nourishing blood vessels,which is closely related to TANG s academic thinking of valuing Qi and Yin;By analyzing the clinical application of TANG s“spleen Yin”theory and listing examples of its inheritance and development in modern clinical practice,the theoretical and practical value of TANG s“spleen Yin”theory is highlighted.
