数字化赋能烟草包装行业生产现场管理的思路与实践

摘　　要：文章主要研究已完成ERP、MES等系统部署的烟草包装印刷企业,如何更进一步提升生产现场的数字化管理水平。通过笔者所在公司的实践,以MES系统为载体,配合成熟的物联设备解决方案,开展生产现场可视化、标准化和精细化改造。根据系统建设后的实际成效与内部复盘总结,形成文章的核心观点。生产现场的数字化应聚焦于生产场景,明确每个场景对应的“人、机、料、法、环、数”,通过数字化手段,实现全过程的数据管理、全范围的现场监督和全路径的能力提升。The paper mainly studies how tobacco packaging and printing enterprises that have completed the deployment of ERP,MES and other systems can further improve the digital management level of production sites.Through the practice of the author's company,using MES system as a carrier,combined with mature IoT equipment solutions,we carry out production site visualization,standardization,and refinement transformation.Based on the actual results after system construction and internal review and summary,the core viewpoint of this paper is formed.The digitization of the production sites should focus on the production scenarios,clarify the corresponding“Man,Machine,Material,Method,Environment,Data”for each scenario,and achieve full process data management,full range on-site supervision,and full path capability improvement through digital means.
