摘　　要：通过梳理散见于史书、诏谕等古代传世文献中关于医事管理的记载,对中国古代医事制度的演变规律进行分析,发现古代医事组织从专门化向系统化演进、医官选任形式从征召到考选过度、医学人才培养的规范化需求,催生了官办医学教育等历史演变规律,以及古代医事组织存在强干弱枝现象、医生地位不高、官办医学教育和民间医学教育互为补充的特点,为当代医事管理制度改革发展提供镜鉴和启示。By combing through scattered records on medical management found in ancient classic literature such as history books and imperial edicts,this paper analyzes the evolutionary laws of the ancient Chinese medical system.It is discovered that the medical organization in ancient times evolved from specialization to systematization,and the selection of medical officials went from recruitment to examinations.The demand for standardized medical talent training gave rise to historical evolutionary laws,while the characteristics of strong main branches and weak auxiliary branches in medical organizations,low status of medical professionals,and complementary coexistence of official and folk medical education provide reflections and inspiration for the reform and development of contemporary medical management systems.
