摘 要:从基层职业健康监督执法角度分析目前基层监管执法存在的挑战,介绍职业卫生综合监管平台是如何解决职业病防治监督管理工作的监管资源不足、监管水平参差不齐的痛点以及用人单位难以开展职业病防治工作,落实主体责任的困难。通过对发达国家在职业病防治系统建设方面的经验以及对系统采用的支持向量机算法在特征提取、异常检测方面的应用,探索了职业卫生综合监管平台在未来的人工智能的发展方向,为各级职业健康监督管理执法部门提供了一个成功的范例。This study analyzes the current challenges faced in grassroots occupational health supervision and law enforcement,introducing how the comprehensive occupational hygiene supervision platform addresses the issues of insufficient supervisory resources and uneven regulatory standards in occupational disease prevention.It also highlights the difficulties employers encounter in implementing occupational disease prevention measures and fulfilling their primary responsibilities.By examining the experiences of developed countries in the construction of occupational disease prevention and control systems and the application of support vector machine algorithms in feature extraction and anomaly detection,the author explored the development direction of artificial intelligence in the field of occupational health supervision in the future,providing a successful model for occupational health supervision management departments at various levels.
