摘　　要：结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是一种发生在消化系统的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率位居世界肿瘤榜首。肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)介导了CRC的进展,肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)作为TME的主要成分,调控了CRC的发生、增殖、迁移、侵袭和耐药等多个过程。该文综述了TAMs的来源、极化、表型的调控以及在CRC中的调控机制和治疗策略方面的进展。虽然TAMs在CRC的临床研究仍有待探索,但明确了其在CRC中的治疗意义并为理解TAMs与CRC之间的关系提供了思路。Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a malignant tumor that occurs in the digestive system,and it ranks at the top of the list in terms of incidence and mortality worldwide.The tumor microenvironment(TME)mediates the progression of CRC,and tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)serve as a major component of the TME,regulating multiple processes such as the occurrence,proliferation,migration,invasion,and drug resistance of CRC.This review summarizes the origin,polarization,and phenotypic regulation of TAMs,as well as the progress in understanding their regulatory mechanism and therapeutic strategies in CRC.Although further exploration is needed in the clinical research of TAMs in CRC,the therapeutic significance of TAMs in CRC has been established,providing insights into the understanding of the relationship between TAMs and CRC.
