摘　　要：肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)在调节肿瘤免疫方面作用突出,始终影响着肿瘤的发生、发展,是目前抗肿瘤治疗的重要靶点。天然产物被证实具有显著的免疫调节和抗肿瘤作用,已成为抗肿瘤免疫研究的热门领域。大量研究发现,天然产物如多糖类、黄酮类、皂苷类和生物碱类等可通过调控相关信号通路,调节肿瘤相关巨噬细胞免疫因子及标记物的表达,促进M1巨噬细胞极化,抑制M2巨噬细胞极化,改善肿瘤免疫微环境,发挥抗肿瘤免疫作用。该文通过总结近年来天然产物调控肿瘤相关巨噬细胞以发挥抗肿瘤免疫作用的研究成果,从天然产物调控肿瘤相关巨噬细胞以增强抗肿瘤免疫作用方面进行论述,以期为抗肿瘤免疫治疗提供新的研究思路。Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)play a prominent role in the regulation of tumor immunity,which always affect the occurrence and development of tumors,and are currently an important target for anti-tumor therapy.Natural products have been proved to have significant immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effects,and have become a hot field of anti-tumor immunity research.A large number of studies have found that natural products such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,saponins and alkaloids can regulate the expression of tumor-related macrophage immune factors and markers by regulating related signaling pathways,promote the polarization of M1 macrophages,inhibit the polarization of M2 macrophages,improve the tumor immune microenvironment,and play an anti-tumor immune role.In this paper,by summarizing the recent research results on the regulation of natural products on tumor-related macrophages to exert anti-tumor immunity,we discussed the regulation of natural products on tumor-related macrophages to enhance anti-tumor immunity,in order to provide a new research idea for anti-tumor immunotherapy.
