摘　　要：新型职业农民专业化发展作为乡村人才振兴的重要举措,其与乡村振兴之间存在着复杂的逻辑关联。这种复杂关联促使新型职业农民专业化发展和乡村振兴这两大系统基于“生长内因、生长土壤、生长根元、生长轨迹、生长愿景”之五大范畴实现了有机耦合,并使“复合人才、经营主体、科学技术、共同富裕”等成为其协同推进的耦合基点,进而为新型职业农民专业化发展和乡村振兴协同推进效应的有效彰显奠定了学理基础。尽管如此,要想精准衡量这两大系统协同推进的整体效应,尚需建构一个基于“五大”耦合基点、包含“复合创新型人才殷实情况、经营主体多元态势、科学技术前沿程度、动态交互活跃程度”等观测内容在内的评价指标体系来加以呈现。The professional development of new vocational farmers,as an important measure for rural talent revitalization,has a complex logical relationship with rural revitalization.This complex correlation has led to the organic coupling of the two systems of professional development of new vocational farmers and rural revitalization based on the five categories of"internal growth factor,growth soil,growth roots,growth trajectory,and growth vision",and has made"composite talents,management entities,science and technology,and common prosperity"the coupling basis for their coordinated promotion,thereby laying a theoretical foundation for the effective manifestation of the synergistic effect of professional development of new vocational farmers and rural revitalization.Nevertheless,to precisely measure the overall effect of their joint advancement,it is necessary to construct an evaluation index system based on these five coupling points,encompassing observations of"the situation of composite innovative talents,the diversity of operational entities,the advancement of scientific technology,and the level of dynamic interaction."
