摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)已成为肿瘤免疫治疗的重要手段,但其相关的皮肤不良反应(irAEs)也引起了广泛关注。现代医学主要采用糖皮质激素来对抗这种副作用,然而仍然存在诸多问题。中医学凭借其独特的辨证理论优势在皮肤irAEs的治疗过程中发挥了显著的减毒增效作用。糖皮质激素结合中医药治疗的手段能够显著缩短ICIs导致的皮肤irAEs病人的病程,并降低其副作用。现将近年来ICIs相关皮肤irAEs在中西医结合治疗领域的研究现状展开概述。Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have become an important means of tumor immunotherapy,but their immune-related adverse events(irAEs)have also attracted widespread attention.Modern medicine mainly uses glucocorticoids to combat these side effects,but there are still many problems.Traditional Chinese medicine has played a significant role in reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy in the treatment of skin irAEs with its unique advantages of syndrome differentiation theory.The combination of glucocorticoids and traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly shorten the course of skin irAEs caused by ICIs in patients and reduce their side effects.This article provides an overview of the current research status of ICIs related skin irAEs in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in recent years.
