摘  要:牙外伤在口腔外伤中属于较严重病种,三氮唑-金属-有机框架化合物在牙外伤治疗中可为外伤牙提供生长空间,了解骨保护素/核因子-κB受体活化因子配体/核因子-κB受体活化因子(OPG/RANKL/RANK)系统可以为牙外伤生长提供较稳定的生长要素,OPG/RANKL/RANK三者共同作用于骨组织并辅助骨组织改建,已成为骨生物学领域的重大发现,三者共同维持骨内的稳态。OPG、RANKL、RANK等信号分子存在于牙周膜、含牙囊肿上皮、牙源性角化囊性瘤的上皮等组织中,大量实验研究表明,OPG/RANKL/RANK系统对牙齿萌出、生理性及病理性牙槽骨改建有重要影响,研究三氮唑-金属-有机框架化合物与OPG/RANKL/RANK系统可以较好辅助提高牙外伤生存率。Dental trauma is a relatively serious disease in oral trauma.Triazole-metal-organic framework compounds can provide growth space for traumatized teeth in the treatment of dental trauma.Understanding the osteoprotectin(OPG)/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL)/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB(RANK)system can provide relatively stable growth factors for the growth of dental trauma.The three factors(OPG/RANKL/RANK)act on bone tissue and assist in bone tissue remodeling,which has become an important discovery in the field of bone biology,and these three factors work together to maintain bone homeostasis.Signal molecules such as OPG,RANKL and RANK exist in tissues of periodontal membrane,epithelium of dentigerous cyst and keratocystic odontogenic tumor.A large number of experimental studies have shown that the RANK/RANKL/OPG system has important effects on tooth eruption,physiological and pathological alveolar bone remodeling.The study of triazole-metal-organic framework compounds and OPG/RANKL/RANK system can effectively assist in improving the survival rate of dental trauma.
