摘　　要：全球气候变暖是当今世界面临的主要问题之一,二氧化碳等温室气体的过度排放已受到世界上大多数国家的关注,随着气候变化带来的各种问题和全球对经济发展方式转变的深入思考,减少碳排放已经在世界范围内形成了共识。在双碳目标背景下,企业及个人需深入了解碳市场及相关碳资产管理,从而在碳时代中占据优势。该文对碳市场的形成和碳资产开发进行简要介绍。Global warming is one of the main problems today.The excessive emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide have attracted the attention of most countries in the world.With the various problems brought by climate change and the in-depth thinking of the transformation of the global economic development mode,reducing carbon emissions has formed a consensus around the world.In this context,enterprises and individuals need to have a deep understanding of the carbon market and related carbon asset management,so as to occupy an advantage in the carbon age.This paper gives a brief introduction of the carbon market and the development of carbon assets.
