摘  要:对人体生理体征监测可以及时发现身体的变化和异常,也有助于人们了解自己的身体状况,从而预防疾病。然而市场上的生理体征监测设备普遍采用接触式,数据采集的成本很高,且数据获取非常困难。为此,设计一种基于毫米波雷达的非接触式生理体征监测系统。该系统通过毫米波雷达非接触式地采集人体的生理体征,如心跳速率、呼吸速率、睡眠质量、体动参数等,同时还采集环境温湿度、CO_(2)浓度、TVOC浓度等环境参数。将采集到的数据通过MQTT协议传输到阿里云服务器进行分析和处理,并通过手机APP进行可视化显示,从而实现对人体生理体征和环境参数的远程监测功能,让用户随时掌握使用者的健康状况和所处的环境参数。实验结果表明,所设计系统测量的心跳速率平均误差为1.99%,呼吸速率平均误差为5.21%。说明该系统监测精度和稳定性均较高,可以为用户提供有效的健康监测服务。Monitoring human physiological signs can timely detect changes and abnormalities in the body,and also help people understand their own physical condition,thereby preventing the diseases.However,physiological monitoring devices on the market commonly use contact based methods,which result in high data collection costs and extremely difficult data acquisition.Therefore,a non-contact physiological monitoring system based on millimeter wave radar is designed.The system can collect human physiological signs such as heart rate,respiratory rate,sleep quality,and body movement parameters by means of non-contact millimeter wave radar,as well as environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,CO_(2) concentration,and TVOC concentration.The collected data are transmitted to Alibaba Cloud servers by the MQTT protocol for analysis and processing,and visualized by a mobile APP to achieve remote monitoring of human physiological signs and environmental parameters,allowing users to monitor their health status and environmental parameters at any time.The experimental results show that the average error of the heartbeat rate measured by the designed system is 1.99%,and the average error of the respiratory rate is 5.21%,indicating that the monitoring accuracy and stability of the system are high,and it can provide effective health monitoring services for users.
