摘 要:目的明确京津冀产区梨农药残留问题,开展农药残留分析及膳食暴露风险评估。方法对采自京津冀产区的187份梨样品进行农药残留检测和分析,通过慢性膳食摄入风险和急性膳食摄入风险进行农药残留风险评估,借鉴英国兽药残留委员会兽药残留风险排序矩阵进行农药风险排序。结果187份梨样品中有19种农药检出,检出率为0.53%~64.71%;其中未登记农药有10种,无最大残留限量(maximum residue limit,MRL)的农药有5种,超标农药有3种;检出率在25%以上的农药有3种,分别是多菌灵、噻虫胺和噻虫嗪。检出的19种农药的慢性膳食摄入风险为0.00%~1.44%,急性膳食摄入风险为0.04%~9.96%。根据各农药的残留风险得分,农药残留风险较高的为克百威、敌敌畏、毒死蜱和吡虫啉。结论京津冀产区梨样品的农药残留合格率较高(97.86%),整体农药残留膳食摄入风险远低于100%,不会对人体健康造成危害。Objective To elucidate the current satus of pesticide residues in Pyruss in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei production area,conduct the analysis of pesticide residues and a risk assessment of dietary exposure.Methods The detection and analysis of pesticide residues were performed on 187 Pyrus samples collected from Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.The risk assessment were conducted using the chronic dietary intake risk and the acute dietary intake risk,respectively.Additionally,the risk ranking of pesticides was determined referring to the risk ranking matrix of the British Veterinary Drug Residues Commission.Results Totally 19 kinds of pesticides were detected in 187 Pyrus samples,with the detection rates ranged from 0.53%to 64.71%.Among them,there were 10 kinds of unregistered pesticides,5 kinds of pesticides without maximum residue limit(MRL)values,and 3 kinds of pesticides exceeding the standard.The detection rate of 3 kinds of pesticides were higher than 25%,including carbendazim,clothianidinand,and thiamethoxam.The chronic dietary intake risk of the 19 kinds of pesticides varied between 0.00%and 1.44%,and the acute dietary intake risk ranged from 0.04%to 9.96%.According to the residual risk ranking of each pesticide,the residual risk of carbofuran,dichlorovos,chlorifos,and imidacloprid were relatively high.Conclusion The qualification rate of pesticide residues in Pyruss is high(97.86%)in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei production area,and the overall dietary intake risk of pesticide residues is much lower than 100%,which is harmless to human health.
