摘 要:针对悬臂式掘进机装载机构在掘进装载过程中无法实现一次装料、需反复调整设备角度进行装载运输的问题,利用SolidWorks软件对掘进机装载机构进行优化设计,设计了新型的立式全宽装载机构,并应用CAE软件进行受力分析研究,加强了全宽装载机构可靠性。井下工业性试验表明,新型的立式全宽装载机构提高了装备的适应性、降低了工人劳动强度、提高了掘进机的工作效率。In response to the problem that the cantilever roadheader loading mechanism cannot achieve one-time loading during the excavation and loading process,and the equipment angle needs to be repeatedly adjusted for loading and transportation,the SolidWorks software was used to optimize the design of the loading mechanism of the roadheader,and a new type of vertical full width loading mechanism was designed.The CAE software was applied for force analysis and research,enhancing the reliability of the full width loading mechanism.Industrial tests underground showed that the new vertical full width loading mechanism improved the adaptability of the equipment,reduced the labor intensity of workers,and improved the work efficiency of the roadheader.
