摘　　要：全面推进研究型人才培养是研究生教育高质量根本任务的重要举措,为了有效开展研究型人才课程教学改革与实践,本文结合研究型人才教育特点,对当前课程实施与实践中存在的课程培养方向被弱化、课程案例实用性没有被激发出来、改革主体的表象化、管理缺乏评价与反馈等问题进行总结并分析提出管理对策建议,结合课程思想教育和脉络,落实改革方向;理论与实践相结合,有效提升改革质量;改革鼓励研究型人才自主参与课程实践;改革中注重评价和反馈的正向作用。In order to effectively carry out the teaching reform and practice of research-oriented talent courses,this paper summarizes and analyzes and puts forward management countermeasures and suggestions for the current curriculum implementation and practice such as the weakening of the course training direction,the practicality of course cases not being stimulated,the representation of the reform subject,and the lack of evaluation and feedback of management,combined with the characteristics of research-oriented talent education.Combine theory and practice to effectively improve the quality of reform;reform to encourage research-oriented talents to participate in curriculum practice independently;in the reform,attention is paid to the positive role of evaluation and feedback.
