摘  要:以智能控制技术专业群相关专业的在校生、毕业生、教职工、用人单位和家长为调研对象,基于“双高计划”一级指标的九大维度构建社会满意度调查指标框架,采用文献调研、个别访谈与问卷调查相结合的方法,通过SPSS软件进行统计分析,结果显示各服务主体对专业群教学服务的综合满意度评价较高,表明“双高计划”建设各项任务在有效推进。通过创新人才培养模式、推进教学教法改革、优化师资队伍结构、校企共建实践教学基地、打造技术技能平台等手段,进一步提升社会满意度,深化高职院校人才培养供给侧结构性改革,推动高职院校内涵式发展。This paper takes students,graduates,staff,employers and parents of relevant majors of intelligent control technology as the research objects,constructs a social satisfaction survey index framework based on the nine dimensions of the first-level index of the"Double High Plan",adopts the method of literature research,individual interview and questionnaire survey,and conducts statistical analysis through SPSS software.The results show that the service subjects have a higher comprehensive satisfaction evaluation on the teaching services of the professional groups,indicating that the construction tasks of the"Double High Plan"are effectively advancing.By innovating the talent training model,promoting the reform of teaching methods,optimizing the structure of teaching staff,co-building practice teaching bases between schools and enterprises,and building technical skills platforms,we can further improve social satisfaction,deepen the supply-side structural reform of talent training in higher vocational colleges,and promote the conformal development of higher vocational colleges.
