摘 要:运用PCA-DEA模型对省域高职院校办学绩效进行评价研究。以西部S省为例,研究发现该省高职院校整体办学效率尚未达到DEA有效,个别院校存在投入冗余或产出不足的情况,办学水平仍具有上升空间。通过无效DMU投影分析,表明S省高职院校存在部分高职院校办学规模投入相对较小、社会服务产出冗余较高、教学成果产出不足、国际合作与交流影响不显著的问题。根据实证分析,建议适当扩大省域高职院校办学规模;加强省域产教融合、深化校企合作协同育人机制;优化省域高职院校资源配置,努力提升国际合作办学影响。The PCA-DEA model is used to evaluate the performance of provincial higher vocational colleges.Taking S province in western China as an example,the study found that the overall school-running efficiency of higher vocational colleges in this province has not reached DEA effectiveness,and individual colleges have the situation of input redundancy or insufficient output,and the school-running level still has room for improvement.Through the projection analysis of invalid DMU,it is shown that some higher vocational colleges in S province have relatively small investment in school scale,high redundancy of social service output,insufficient output of teaching results,and no significant impact of international cooperation and exchange.According to the empirical analysis,it is suggested to appropriately expand the scale of provincial higher vocational colleges;strengthen the integration of industry and education in the province,and deepen the school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism;optimize the resource allocation of provincial higher vocational colleges and strive to enhance the impact of international cooperation in running schools.
