开放教育模式下思政课教师能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：立德树人培养的提出,明确了思想政治教育的新方向,提升了思想政治教育的内在针对性。开放教育应依托高等教育发展,进一步探索立德树人培养视角下思想政治教育新路径,以提升教师教育能力为基础,构建思想政治教育的育人培养新体系,有效利用强化教育亲和力、提升教育适应性及教育合作能力的培养等基础策略,为思政课教师能力的提升创造有利条件,帮助思政课教师更好地掌握开放教育课程教学的主动权,提升思政课教师综合性的育人培养教育能力,为思政课教师发挥自身专业教学优势提供教育保障。The proposal of cultivating moral character and cultivating talents clarifies the new direction of ideological and political education,and enhances the inherent pertinence of ideological and political education.Open education should rely on the development of higher education,further explore new paths of ideological and political education from the perspective of cultivating moral character and cultivating talents,fully build a new system of ideological and political education based on improving teachers'educational ability,effectively utilize basic strategies such as strengthening educational affinity,enhancing educational adaptability,and cultivating educational cooperation ability,and create favorable conditions for the improvement of the ability of ideological and political course teachers,to help ideological and political teachers better grasp the initiative of open education curriculum teaching,enhance their comprehensive educational abilities,and provide educational guarantees for them to leverage their professional teaching advantages.
