高校党员意识形态安全教育长效机制探析

摘　　要：意识形态安全关乎青年成长和国家未来,高校肩负立德树人的根本任务,是打好意识形态斗争主动仗的前沿阵地。但是,当前受内外因素的影响,高校意识形态安全教育工作存在部分党员认识不足、队伍能力与工作合力不强、阵地管理不严、教育实效不明显等问题。党员教育是一项基础性、长期性的工作,构建起融入日常、抓在经常、落在平常的党员意识形态安全教育长效机制是加强党的自身建设的本质要求,更是高校立德树人的现实需要,也是强化高校党员阵地意识的具体要求。高校党员意识形态安全教育长效机制应建立健全阵地管理制度,把握阵地主导权;配齐增强教育工作者队伍,提升队伍战斗力;创新优化内容供给,增强话语感召力。Ideological security concerns the growth of young people and the future of the country.Universities shoulder the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and are the forefront of playing a good ideological initiative.However,currently influenced by internal and external factors,there are problems in the ideological security education work in universities,such as insufficient understanding of some Party members,weak team capabilities and work synergy,lax management of positions,and unclear educational effectiveness.Party member education is a fundamental and long-term task.Building a long-term mechanism for ideological and security education for Party members that integrates into daily life,focuses on regular work,and falls under ordinary circumstances is not only an essential requirement for strengthening the Party's own construction,but also a practical need for cultivating moral character in universities,and a specific requirement for strengthening the ideological and security awareness of Party members in universities.The long-term mechanism of ideological security education for college Party members should establish and improve the system of battlefield management,and grasp the leadership of the battlefield;complete and enhance the team of educators to enhance their combat effectiveness;innovate and optimize content supply to enhance discourse appeal.
