摘　　要：随着科技的迅速发展,数字化在教育领域的应用也日益普及和深入,高校心理健康教育作为教育的重要组成部分,也受到了数字化趋势的影响,在心理咨询方式、知识宣教形式、虚拟现实技术应用、数据统计分析等方面呈现出鲜明特点。本论文从数字化的视角分析了数字化趋势对高校心理健康教育带来的机遇和挑战、数字化视角下高校心理健康教育遵循的原则、数字化视角下高校心理健康教育发展策略等方面内容,得出在数字化发展趋势下,高校需要不断完善制定相应的发展策略,才能确保数字化对心理健康教育的积极影响能够得到最大的发挥,更好地提升心理健康教育育人成效。With the rapid development of technology,the application of digitalization in the field of education is becoming increasingly popular and in-depth.As an important component of education,mental health education in universities has also been influenced by the trend of digitalization,presenting distinct characteristics in psychological counseling methods,knowledge dissemination forms,virtual reality technology applications,data statistical analysis,and other aspects.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that digital trends bring to college mental health education from a digital perspective,the principles followed by college mental health education from a digital perspective,and the development strategies of college mental health education from a digital perspective.It is concluded that under the trend of digital development,universities need to continuously improve and formulate corresponding development strategies to ensure that the positive impact of digitalization on mental health education can be maximized and the effectiveness of mental health education can be better improved.
