摘　　要：融合思想政治教育,加强学生学习状态管理,成为本科教学过程管理的一大核心任务。为解决教师加强教学过程管理与自身精力有限这一矛盾,对教学过程管理模式进行改革,提出动态抽查这种全新的学习检查方式,把普遍性的检查转变为有针对性的动态检查,将思政教育内化到教学,构建全员、全过程、全方位育人体系为过程管理模式实施提供保障。教学实践表明,该模式能在教学各阶段实时提供有效参考,对学习困难生、学习优秀生都具有很强的正向激励作用。Integrating ideological and political education to strengthen the management of students'learning state has become a core task of undergraduate teaching process management.In order to solve the contradiction between strengthening the management of teaching process and the limited energy of teachers,the traditional method of homework inspection is reformed.This paper puts forward a novel way,dynamic spot inspection,which transforms the universal inspection into targeted face-to-face inspection,internalizing ideological and political education into teaching.An all-staff,all-process,and all-round education system is constructed to provide a guarantee for the implementation of the process management mode.Teaching practice shows the mode is more real and efficient at each stage of teaching,and has a strong positive incentive effect on both students with learning difficulties and outstanding students.
