摘 要:全氟和多氟烷基化合物(PFAS)是一类受到广泛关注的持久性污染物。发展高效、准确、灵敏的PFAS分析方法对于监测其污染状况、评估其环境风险有重要意义。综述了环境中PFAS分析方法的研究进展。在样品前处理方面,综述了液液萃取、固相萃取、加速溶剂萃取等多种方法,并强调了这些方法在去除基质干扰、提高萃取效率方面的关键作用。在分离分析方面,介绍了高效液相色谱、气相色谱和质谱等技术在PFAS分离分析中的应用,特别是串联质谱技术在提高检测特异性、降低背景干扰方面的作用。此外,还综述了PFAS分析方法的最新进展和面临的挑战,旨在为相关领域的研究人员提供参考和借鉴。Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)are a type of persistent pollutants that have been widely concerned.Therefore,developing efficient,accurate,and sensitive analytical methods for PFAS is of great significance for monitoring pollution conditions and assessing environmental risks.This article reviewed the research progress of analytical methods for PFAS in complex environmental matrices.Sample pretreatment methods were summarized,including liquid-liquid extraction,solid-phase extraction,and accelerated solvent extraction.The key role of these methods in removing matrix interference and improving extraction efficiency was emphasized.The applications of high performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and other technologies in the separation and analysis of PFAS were introduced.The employment of mass spectrometry technology in the quantitative analysis of PFAS were described,which improved detection specificity and reduced background interference.Moreover,this article also reviewed the latest progress and challenges in the analysis of PFAS,aiming to provide references and insights for researchers in related fields.
