摘　　要：“国优计划”首批试点高校的相关政策文本体现了不同的高校何以选“优生”以育“优师”的指导原则与工作方案。鉴于“国优计划”在我国教师教育体系中的意义与价值,各高校在培养全程中既要坚守本质,兼顾“经师”与“人师”相统一的育人理念,又要超越局限,涵养培养对象的“学科素养”与“科学素养”,并不断优化模式,将培养方案的修订从“基于经验”转向“基于证据”。The related policy documents of the pilot universities in“National Excellent Plan”reflect the guiding principles and work plans for how universities select“excellent students”and cultivate them to be the“excellent teachers”.Given the significance and value of the“National Excellence Plan”within China's teacher education system,universities must maintain the essence of the program,balancing the dual goals of professional and personal development.They should also strive to transcend limitations by enhancing the“disciplinary literacy”and“scientific literacy”of the trainees.Additionally,there is a need for continuous optimization of the training models,shifting from experience-based revisions to evidence-based adjustments.
