摘  要:目的:建立强力玛得土力阿亚特丸中总黄酮与总酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以芹菜素为对照品,在335 nm处对强力玛得土力阿亚特丸中总黄酮进行含量测定;以没食子酸为对照品,在268 nm处对强力玛得土力阿亚特丸中总酚进行含量测定。结果:芹菜素和没食子酸分别在质量浓度1.40~13.99μg/mL、2.71~21.68μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为94.98%、100.84%。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于强力玛得土力阿亚特丸中总黄酮与总酚的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids and total phenols in Qiangli Madetuli Ayate Pills.Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 335 nm using apigenin as a standard substance,and the content of total phenols was determined at a wavelength of 268 nm using gallic acid as a standard substance in the Qiangli Madetuli Ayate Pills.Results The linear relationship of the concentration range was 1.40-13.99μg/mL for apigenin and 2.71-21.68μg/mL for gallic acid.The average recovery was 94.98%for apigenin and 100.84%for gallic acid.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and reproducible for the determination of total flavonoids and total phenols in the potent Marde Tulip Ayat pills.
