超声骨刀机与高速涡轮手机对下颌复杂阻生智齿患者疼痛影响

摘　　要：目的:研究下颌复杂阻生智齿患者,采用超声骨刀机联合高速涡轮手机技术实施治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2021年1月~2023年12月于本院口腔科进行治疗的72例下颌复杂阻生智齿患者。采取随机数字表法,将其进一步分成两个组别,即对照组和观察组。对照组中36例患者,采用高速涡轮手机技术进行治疗;观察组中36例患者,采用超声骨刀机联合高速涡轮手机技术进行治疗。对比术后不同时间点患牙牙窝完整性、疼痛程度、睡眠质量评分、炎症反应、牙齿功能相关指标、不良反应和并发症发生率、操作时间和术后疼痛消失时间。结果:观察组患者术后不同时间点患牙牙窝完整性、疼痛程度、睡眠质量评分、炎症反应、牙齿功能相关指标的改善幅度大于对照组,组间比较P<0.05;观察组不良反应和并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较P<0.05;观察组操作时间和术后疼痛消失时间短于对照组,组间比较P<0.05。结论:下颌复杂阻生智齿患者采用超声骨刀机联合高速涡轮手机技术实施治疗效果明显。Objective:To study the clinical effect of using ultrasound bone cutting machine combined with high-speed turbine mobile phone technology to treat patients with complex impacted wisdom teeth in the lower jaw.Methods:A total of 72 patients with mandibular complex impacted wisdom teeth who were treated in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.A random number table was adopted and further divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group.36 patients in the control group were treated with high-speed turbophone technology.36 patients in the treatment group were treated with ultrasonic bone knife machine combined with high-speed turbine handpiece technology.The integrity of the tooth socket,pain severity,sleep quality score,inflammatory response,tooth function-related indicators,adverse reactions and complication rates,operation time and postoperative pain disappearance time were compared at different time points after surgery.Results:At different time points after surgery,the improvement in the integrity of the affected tooth sockets,degree of pain,sleep quality score,inflammatory response,and dental function related indicators in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,with P<0.05 for intergroup comparison;The incidence of adverse reactions and complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the intergroup comparison was P<0.05;The operation time and postoperative pain disappearance time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the inter group comparison was P<0.05.Conclusion:For patients with complex impacted wisdom teeth in the lower jaw,the use of ultrasound bone cutting machine combined with high-speed turbine mobile phone technology has a significant therapeutic effect.
