情绪ABC理论结合支持性护理对局部晚期胃癌患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨情绪ABC理论结合支持性护理对局部晚期胃癌患者癌痛程度和希望水平的影响。方法选取濮阳市人民医院2023年5月至2024年2月收治的72例局部晚期胃癌患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=36)及对照组(n=36),对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以情绪ABC理论结合支持性护理。比较干预前后癌痛程度、负性情绪、癌因性疲乏、希望水平、护理满意度。结果干预后,两组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组癌因性疲乏评估量表(CFS)各维度评分及总分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组Herth希望量表(HHI)各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理态度、健康宣教、护理技能、服务管理、沟通交流等维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情绪ABC理论结合支持性护理能减轻局部晚期胃癌患者癌痛程度,调节负性情绪,缓解癌因性疲乏,提高希望水平,患者护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the impact of emotional ABC theory combined with supportive nursing on the degree of cancer pain and levels of hope in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer treated at Puyang People's Hospital from May 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=36)and a control group(n=36).The control group received routine care,while the observation group received emotional ABC theory combined with supportive nursing.The degree of cancer pain,negative emotions,cancer-related fatigue,levels of hope,and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)scores for pain,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores were lower in both groups compared to before the intervention,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Cancer-related fatigue assessment scale(CFS)scores in various dimensions and total scores were also lower in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores(P<0.05).The Herth Hope Index(HHI)scores in various dimensions and total scores were higher in both groups compared to before the intervention,with the observation group showing significantly higher scores(P<0.05).Scores for nursing attitude,health education,nursing skills,service management,and communication were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional ABC theory combined with supportive nursing can reduce the degree of cancer pain,regulate negative emotions,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,and enhance levels of hope in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer,leading to higher nursing satisfaction.
