儿童屈光筛查中应用索维双目视力筛查仪检验诊断的效能分析

摘　　要：目的:分析儿童屈光筛查中应用索维双目视力筛查仪检验诊断的效能。方法:本研究对象均为本中心2023年1月~2023年12月行屈光筛查的6588例儿童(2~6岁),全部儿童分别进行索维SW-800双目视力筛查仪、阿托品散瞳检影验光检查。统计各个年龄段儿童屈光筛查异常结果;并将阿托品散瞳检影验光检查作为金标准,评价索维SW-800双目视力筛查仪对儿童屈光筛查的诊断效能。结果:①阿托品散瞳检影验光检查结果可知,24月龄共检查1179例,其中屈光筛查异常共59例(5.00%);36月龄共检查2126例,其中屈光筛查异常共49例(2.30%);4岁共检查714例,其中屈光筛查异常共11例(1.54%);5岁共检查1504例,其中屈光筛查异常共19例(1.26%);6岁共检查1065例,其中屈光筛查异常共32例(3.00%)。索维SW-800双目视力筛查仪结果显示,24月龄、36月龄、4岁、5岁、6岁检出屈光异常分别有55例(4.66%)、45例(2.12%)、9例(1.26%)、16例(1.06%)、28例(2.63%);②金标准参照阿托品散瞳检影验光检查结果,索维SW-800双目视力筛查仪对儿童屈光筛查的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为81.76%(139/170)、99.78%(6404/6418)、99.32%(6543/6588)。结论:在儿童屈光筛查中,应用索维SW-800双目视力筛查仪可以较好地发现儿童屈光异常情况,体现出较高的诊断效能,能够指导后续儿童眼保健及屈光异常的治疗。Objective:To analyze the diagnostic efficacy of using the Suoerbinocular vision screening device in children’s refractive screening.Methods:The subjects of this study were all 6588 children(2-6 years old)who underwent refractive screening in our center from January 2023 to December 2023.All children underwent Suoer SW-800 binocular vision screening instrument and atropine mydriasis optometry,respectively.Statistical analysis of abnormal refractive screening results in children of different age groups;And use atropine mydriasis,retinoscopy,and optometry as the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the Suoer SW-800 binocular vision screening device for pediatric refractive screening.Results:①According to the results of atropine mydriasis optometry examination,a total of 1179 cases were examined at 24 months old,of which 59 cases(5.00%)had abnormal refractive screening;A total of 2126 cases were examined at 36 months of age,of which 49 cases(2.30%)had abnormal refractive screening;A total of 714 cases were examined at the age of 4,among which 11 cases(1.54%)had abnormal refractive screening;A total of 1504 cases were examined at the age of 5,among which 19 cases(1.26%)had abnormal refractive screening;A total of 1065 cases were examined at the age of 6,among which 32 cases(3.00%)had abnormal refractive screening.The results of the Suoer SW-800 binocular vision screening instrument showed that there were 55 cases(4.66%),45 cases(2.12%),9 cases(1.26%),16 cases(1.06%),and 28 cases(2.63%)of refractive abnormalities detected at 24 months,36 months,4 years,5 years,and 6 years old,respectively;②The gold standard refers to the results of atropine mydriasis optometry examination.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the Suoer SW-800 binocular vision screening instrument for children's refractive screening are 81.76%(139/170),99.78%(6404/6418),and 99.32%(6543/6588),respectively.Conclusion:In the screening of children’s refractive errors,the application of the Suoer SW-800 binocular vision screenin
