红外线理疗联合中药贴敷治疗阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察红外线理疗联合中药贴敷治疗阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年6月至2023年6月该院收治的62例阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各31例。两组术后均予以常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予中药敷贴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合红外线理疗,两组均持续治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后胃肠激素指标[胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)]、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GAS、MTL水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:红外线理疗联合中药贴敷治疗阑尾炎术后胃肠功能紊乱患者可提高治疗总有效率和胃肠激素指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯中药贴敷治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Infrared therapy combined with Chinese medicine application on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after appendicitis surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 62 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after appendicitis surgery admitted to this hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment after the surgery.On this basis,the control group was treated with Chinese medicine application,while the observation group was combined with Infrared therapy on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones[gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)]and inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Infrared therapy combined with Chinese medicine application in the treatment of the patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after appendicitis surgery can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to simple Chinese medicine application
