山乌桕蜂蜜的研究进展及展望

摘　　要：山乌桕(Triadica cochinchinensis)是我国南方夏季主要蜜源植物,山乌桕蜂蜜也是南方许多省市主要商品蜂蜜。文章在分析我国山乌桕蜂蜜生产现状、山乌桕蜂蜜成分、山乌桕蜂蜜的功能活性基础上,对山乌桕蜂蜜推广提出了3点研究建议:从养蜂生产入手,提高山乌桕蜂蜜产量和质量;从山乌桕蜂蜜特征成分和功能活性入手,给山乌桕蜂蜜科技赋能;从山乌桕蜂蜜结晶工艺入手,改变山乌桕蜂蜜结晶外观。以期为我国山乌桕蜂蜜推广提供参考,从而促进我国养蜂生产健康稳步发展。Triadica cochinchinensis is the main source of honey in southern China during the summer season,and it also serves as the main commercial honey in many southern provinces and cities.This paper proposes three recommendations for the promotion of Triadica cochinchinensis honey based on the analysis of its production status,composition,and functional properties:enhancing beckecping practices to improveboth quantity and quality of Triadica cochinchinensis honey:leveraging the distinctive components and functional activities of Triadica cochinchinensis honey to develop advanced technologies;modifying the crystallization process to alter the crystal appearance of Triadica cochinchinensis honey.These suggestions aim to provide valuable insights for promoting Triadica cochinchinensis honey and fostering sustainable development within our country's beekeeping industry.
