摘　　要：洛莫司汀(CCNU)是一种经典的亚硝脲类烷化剂,口服给药,具有良好的脂溶性和血脑屏障穿透性,可用于治疗多种恶性肿瘤。CCNU联合放疗、联合其他抗肿瘤药物(替莫唑胺、贝伐珠单抗等)治疗脑胶质瘤,疗效确切,安全性好。CCNU还可用于治疗恶性淋巴瘤、老年急性髓系白血病和黑色素瘤等多种肿瘤,在临床实践和多项研究中充分体现其有效性和耐受性。本综述重点介绍了CCNU治疗恶性肿瘤的现状以及近年来有关研究进展,以供临床医师用药时参考。Lomustine(CCNU)is a classic nitrosylurean alkylating agent,which is orally administered and has good fat solubility and blood-brain barrier penetration,and can be used for a variety of malignant tumors with good efficiency.CCNU combined with radiotherapy and other anti-tumor drugs(temozolomide,bevacizumab,etc.)is effective and safe in the treatment of brain glioma.CCNU is also commonly used for some other malignant tumors,such as lymphoma,elderly acute myeloid leukemia,melanoma and etc.Its effectiveness and tolerance have been fully demonstrated in the clinical practice and a number of studies.This review focuses on the current status of CCNU in the treatment of malignant tumors and the progress of relevant studies in recent years,which provides an important reference for clinicians when using CCNU.
