摘　　要：胃癌作为具有侵袭性的恶性肿瘤,具有发病率高、预后差的特点,其可以侵入神经纤维,促进神经细胞的生长。神经纤维也可以渗入肿瘤微环境中,为胃癌细胞创造有利于生存和发展的条件,促进胃癌的进展。癌细胞与神经元的动态相互作用导致胃癌发生神经侵犯(PNI),作为胃癌的一个临床病理特征,其涉及神经营养因子、轴突引导因子、神经递质及免疫相关因子等多重调节。PNI与胃癌的增殖、血管生成、转移以及预后不良密切相关。本文对胃癌PNI的作用机制进行简要综述,希望为胃癌的治疗提供新思路。Gastric cancer,as an aggressive malignant tumor with high incidence and poor prognosis,can invade nerve fibers and promote the growth of nerve cells.Nerve fibers can also infiltrate into the tumor microenvironment to create conditions conducive to the survival and development of gastric cancer cells,thereby promoting the progression of gastric cancer.The dynamic interactions between cancer cells and neurons lead to neural invasion(PNI).As a clinicopathological feature of gastric cancer,it is multiply regulated by molecular mechanisms,such as neurotrophic factors,axon guidance factors,neurotransmitters,and immunity⁃related factorsThese mechanisms lead to the close association of PNI with proliferation,angiogenesis,metastasis and poor prognosis of gastric cancer.This review provides a brief overview of the mechanisms,signaling pathways,and therapeutic measures of PNI in gastric cancer in the hope of providing new method for the treatment of gastric cancer.
