摘　　要：习近平文化思想作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇,是中国共产党文化思想的宝贵结晶和中华优秀传统文化时代嬗变的思想精华。习近平文化思想是对马克思主义文化理论的接续创新,开拓了新时代社会主义文化建设事业的全新面貌,建构起中国化时代化的马克思主义文化话语体系,打造出独具特色的中华文明精神标识。习近平文化思想注重对文化主体性的培塑与巩固,在“两个结合”的指引下实现中西文化的融通,彰显出其思辨性理论特质。习近平文化思想在文化使命传承担当和创造人类文明新形态中推动中华文明的现代转型和繁荣发展,实现对西方现代文明的历史性超越。坚持以人民为中心的发展思想与弘扬全人类共同价值的重要理念,着力破解人类文明发展难题、筑牢文化建设的人民主体性地位,彰显出习近平文化思想的深邃理论内涵与广泛世界影响。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,as the chapter on culture in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,represents a valuable crystallization of the cultural thought of the Communist Party of China and the essence of the transformation of traditional Chinese culture in contemporary times.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is an innovative continuation of Marxist cultural theory,opening up a new landscape for the construction of socialist culture in the new era and establishing a Marxist system of cultural discourse that is both sinicized and modernized,creating a distinctive spiritual identity for Chinese civilization.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture emphasizes the cultivation and consolidation of cultural subjectivity,and the exchange and communication between Chinese and Western cultures under the guidance of the"two integrations",which highlights its speculative theoretical characteristics.It promotes the modern transformation and prosperous development of Chinese civilization through fulflling cultural missions and creating new forms of human civilization,thus achieving a historical transcendence over Western modern civilization.By adhering to a peoplecentered philosophy of development and emphasizing the importance of promoting common values for all humanity,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture aims to address the challenges to human civilization development and strengthen the position of the people as the main body of cultural construction,which reflects its profound theoretical content and extensive global influence.
