校企双向奔赴:高职教育产业学院内涵、意蕴及进路——基于共同缔造理论视角  被引量:1

摘  要:建设实体化产业学院,是深化校企深度融合、构建命运共同体的重要实践进路。吴良镛先生提出的“美好环境与和谐社会共同缔造”理论,以及“云浮实验”等成功实践,促进了我国社会治理领域的共同缔造理论的形成,成为系统论的新发展、新应用。共同缔造理论与高职教育产业学院升级发展具有逻辑耦合,为高职教育产业学院兼容性升级和扩张性发展提供了理论的循证,高职教育产业学院的发展实践为共同缔造理论跨界给予新的注解,二者理实结合,突破原有各自象限,在新空间耦合产生新的增力。因此,将共同缔造理论迁移到高职教育产业学院中,可重塑高职教育产业学院实体化意蕴,建组一个“五共”模型:共谋为先导、共建为要义、共治为牵引、共评为保障、共享为灵魂,可有效破解当前高职教育产业学院“思路不阔“”内涵不丰“”运行不实”等现实难题。Building substantial industry schools is an important practical approach to deepening the college-enterprise integration and building a community of shared destiny.The theory of“co-creation of a beautiful environment and a harmonious society”proposed by Mr.Wu Liangyong,along with successful practices such as the“Yunfu Experiment”,has promoted the formation of the co-creation theory in the field of social governance in China,representing a new development and application of systems theory.The theory of co-creation and the upgrading and development of vocational education industry schools have a logical coupling,providing an evidence-based theoretical foundation for their compatible upgrading and expansive growth.The development practice of vocational education industry schools provides new annotations for the cross-border development of co-creation theory.The combination of theory and practice breaks through their respective quadrants and generates new forces in the coupling of new spaces.Therefore,transferring the theory of co-creation to the development of vocational education industry schools can reshape their substantive connotations,and establish a“five co”model:co-planning as the guide,co-constructing as the essence,co-governing as the driving force,co-evaluating as the guarantee,and co-sharing as the soul.This can effectively solve the current practical problems of vocational education industry schools,such as“limited perspectives”,“insufficient connotation”,and“impractical operation”.
