摘　　要：蚕桑产业资源丰富,从桑树种植到养蚕、缫丝织绸,对每一个生产环节的资源多元化利用备受业界关注,近10多年来我国对蚕桑资源的多元化利用已进入较快的发展阶段。本文重点综述国外对蚕桑资源在食品、饲料、医药、生态等领域应用的研究实例,应用成果及研发优势,旨在借鉴国外成功的经验,推进我国蚕桑资源利用开创新的方向和思路。The sericulture industry is rich in resources.From mulberry tree cultivation to silkworm rearearingand silk production, the diversified utilization of resources in every section has attracted much attention.At present, the comprehensive utilization of sericulture resources in China has entered the stage ofrapid development. This paper focuses on the application examples, application effect and technical advantagesof sericulture resources abroad in food, feed, medicine, ecology and other fields, which aims to introducethe successful related experience of foreign countries and provide a new direction and thought forthe utilization of sericulture resources in China.
