摘　　要：光生物调节疗法(photobiomodulation therapy,PBMT)又称低能量激光疗法(lowlevel lasertherapy,LLLT)在口腔黏膜疾病中表现出积极的治疗作用,LLLT与光源参数和治疗光剂量参数密切相关,为此本文就近年来PBMT在口腔黏膜疾病领域的作用机制及其相关应用研究进展进行综述。Photobiomodulation therapy(PBMT),also known as low-level laser therapy(LLLT),has demonstrated positive therapeutic effects in the treatment of oral mucosal diseases.The efficacy of LLLT is closely related to the parameters of the light source used and the dosage of the light administered.In this paper,the mechanism and recent research advancements of photobiomodulation in the field of oral mucosal diseases were reviewed.
