摘　　要：数字技术已成为推动社会进步和治理现代化的重要力量。高校共青团工作应主动顺应数字化发展趋势,利用数字技术的优势,提升工作质量。在厘清高校共青团工作高质量发展内涵的基础上,分析数字技术背景下其发展的现实困境,提出准确把握三对关系、推进体制体系改革、优化一体化数字平台等措施,以探索数字技术赋能高校共青团工作高质量发展的新路径。Digital technology has become an important force to promote social progress and governance modernization.The work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should actively conform to the trend of digital development,and make use of the advantages of digital technology to improve the quality of work.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the high-quality development of the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of the development of the work under the background of digital technology,puts forward measures such as accurately grasping the three pairs of relations,promoting the reform of the system and optimizing the integrated digital platform,so as to explore the new path of digital technology to empower the high-quality development of the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.
