摘  要:群体感应系统可以实现细菌的种内和种间的信息交流,并调控细菌基因表达与菌体的生理特性,如毒素的分泌、生物被膜的形成、细菌素及抗菌素的产生等。近年来,越来越多的群体感应系统被发现且得到深入研究,其调控机制也逐渐清晰,然而关于群体感应系统与蛋白质之间相互作用并引起菌体生理机能改变的相关综述内容还比较少。因此,本文在分析群体感应系统可以通过信号分子引起相关基因及蛋白质的改变,最终引起菌体毒性、生物被膜及蛋白质降解等变化的基础上,综述细菌中群体感应系统调控蛋白质及蛋白质之间相互作用而引起菌体生理特性改变的研究进展,旨在更加全面深入地研究群体感应系统参与调控菌体的功能特性及其应用。The quorum sensing system of bacteria can not only enable intra-and interspecific communications,but also regulate gene expression in bacteria,as well as physiological characteristics such as toxin secretion,biofilm formation,and the production of bacteriocins and antibiotics.In recent years,an increasing number of quorum sensing systems were discovered and studied in depth with regards to their regulatory mechanisms.However,the research on their functions is relatively limited,especially for the induction of changes in bacterial proteins and physiological functions through the action of signal molecules.Herein,we described how quorum sensing systems could alter the expression of genes and proteins via signaling molecules,and their ultimate consequence in modifying functional characteristics such as bacterial toxicity,biofilm production,and protein degradation.In addition,we summarized the current research landscape pertaining to the physiological modifications in bacteria,which were caused by the modulation of proteins and their intricate interactions via quorum sensing systems.Our review provides a comprehensive understanding of the functional attributes and practical applications of quorum sensing in the regulation of bacterial cells.
