摘  要:基于三周期极小曲面(TPMS)的骨支架结构在骨组织工程中备受关注,而渗透性能是评价骨支架性能的主要指标之一。本文构建了三种不同类型Diamond(D)、Gyroid(G)和I-WP的片状(L)和杆状(R)型TPMS骨支架结构,并以聚乳酸为骨支架材料,通过有限元仿真分析了单元尺寸和孔隙率对骨支架结构渗透性能的影响。结果表明,对于同一种类型的TPMS骨支架结构,在单元尺寸和孔隙率相同的条件下,杆状型骨支架结构的渗透率优于片状型骨支架结构;I-WP型骨支架结构的渗透率显著高于其他两种,D型骨支架结构的渗透率高于G型;不同类型的骨支架结构渗透率都受单元尺寸和孔隙率的共同影响,渗透率随着单元尺寸和孔隙率的增大而增大。进一步地,本文分析了3种杆状型TPMS骨支架结构的渗透率,得到了基于单元尺寸和孔隙率的杆状骨支架结构渗透率拟合公式,为TPMS骨支架结构的优化设计与实际应用提供理论指导。Bone scaffolds designed based on three-period minimal surface(TPMS)have attracted much attentions in the bone tissue engineering,and the permeability is one of the main indexes for evaluating the performances of bone scaffolds.In this paper,the lamellar(L)and rod(R)type TPMS bone scaffold structures with three different types of Diamond(D),Gyroid(G)and I-WP were constructed.Poly(lactic acid)was selected as the bone scaffold material.The effects of cell size and porosity on the permeability performance of bone scaffold structures were analyzed by finite element simulations.The results show that,for the same type TPMS bone scaffold structures,the permeability of rod-shaped bone scaffold is better than that of lamellar bone scaffold under the conditions of the same unit size and porosity.The permeability of I-WP type bone scaffold is significantly higher than those of other two types,and the permeability of D type bone scaffold is higher than that of G type.The permeability of bone scaffolds with different types is affected by the cell size and porosity,and the permeability increases with the increase of cell size and porosity.Further,this paper analyzed the permeability of three rod-shaped TPMS bone scaffolds,and obtained the permeability fitting formulas of rod-shaped TPMS bone scaffolds based on the unit size and porosity,providing the theoretical guidance for the optimal designs and practical applications of TPMS bone scaffolds.
