摘 要:目的探讨基于护理安全(不良)事件的情景模拟培训方案在护理学生(护生)中的应用效果。方法本研究类型为类实验研究,采用招募的方法,选取2023年6月至2024年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院实习的护生70名作为研究对象,按照实习院区分为对照组和试验组,每组35名。对照组采取传统的安全相关知识培训,试验组在常规培训的基础上采取情景模拟培训。在干预前后均采用实习护生患者安全态度和职业素养问卷比较两组护生患者安全态度和职业素养情况。结果试验组33名、对照组35名完成干预。干预后,试验组差错报告文化、专业问题陈述和实施安全行为的意向维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于护理安全(不良)事件的情景模拟培训方案能够提高护生的患者安全态度和职业素养。ObjectiveTo explore the application of situational simulation training program based on nursing safety(adverse)events in nursing students.MethodsA quasi-experimental study was conducted to select 70 nursing students who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2022 to March 2023.According to the practice area,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional patient safety training,while the experimental group adopted situational simulation teaching training on the basis of routine training.Before and after the intervention,the safety attitude and professional quality of nursing students were compared by using the questionnaire.ResultsThere were 33 participants in the experimental group and 35 in the control group who completed the intervention.After intervention,the scores of error reporting culture,professional problem statement and intention to implement safety behavior in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe situational simulation teaching training program based on nursing safety(adverse)events can improve nursing students'patient safety attitude and professional literacy.
