摘  要:目的分析医护协同多元化教学在神经外科监护室护理带教中的应用效果。方法以山东第一医科大学第一附属医院神经外科监护室在2021年6月至2023年4月的100名护理实习生为研究对象,根据不同实习阶段将其分为对照组(2021年6月至2022年4月)与实验组(2022年6月至2023年4月),每组50名,对照组给予传统带教模式,实验组给予医护协同多元化教学模式。于两组实习护生教学开展前1 d与教学4周后,评价比较两组实习护士的职业技能掌握水平,采用中文版批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV),评价两组的批判性思维能力,并将同时评估两组实习护士对带教工作的满意度。结果教学开展前1 d,两组实习护生的职业技能掌握水平、CTDI-CV量表指标评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),教学4周后,实验组的职业技能掌握水平、CTDI-CV量表指标评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。实验组实习护生对带教工作的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护协同多元化教学模式能够明显增强实习护生的职业技能掌握水平,有效强化其个体批判性思维能力,同时有效提高实习护生对临床带教工作的满意度。ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of medical and nursing collaborative diversified teaching in the nursing preceptorship in the neurosurgical intensive care unit.MethodsA total of 100 nursing interns in the neurosurgical care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from June 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different internship stages,they were divided into the control group(from June 2021 to April 2022)and the experimental group(from June 2022 to April 2023),with 50 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group was given medical collaborative diversified teaching mode medical cooperation.The vocational skill mastery level of the practice nurses in the two groups was evaluated and compared 1 day before teaching and 4 weeks after teaching.The Chinese Version of Critical Thinking Disposition inventory(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the critical thinking ability of the two groups.Meanwhile,the satisfaction of the practice nurses in the teaching work of the two groups was evaluated.ResultsOne day before teaching,there was no significant difference in the mastery level of professional skills and the index score of CTDI-CV between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of teaching,the vocational skill mastery level and CTDI-CV scale index scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe diversified medical and nursing collaborative teaching mode can obviously enhance the vocational skills of the nursing interns,effectively strengthen their individual critical thinking ability,and simultaneously improve the satisfaction of the nursing students on clinical teaching.
