金融科技“支点”撬动了绿色信贷发展吗

摘　　要：利用人工智能、区块链和云计算等金融科技手段,能有效解决中国绿色信贷中存在的问题,为绿色信贷的高质量发展提供机遇。本文选用2011-2021年中国31个省份的数据^((1)),运用固定效应模型分析了金融科技对区域绿色信贷发展的影响。研究发现,金融科技能够有效促进区域绿色信贷的发展,该结论在进行稳健性检验后依旧成立。作用机制分析表明,金融科技通过提升企业绿色创新的积极性,能够有效推动企业结构绿色转型,从而为绿色信贷市场注入活力。异质性分析表明,金融科技在中东部发达地区、政策支持地区和高创新水平地区对绿色信贷发展的推动作用更为显著,但环境规制的异质性效应作用有限。最后,为金融科技进一步赋能区域绿色信贷发展,本文根据结论提出了相关建议,包括利用新兴技术手段构建信息共享平台、完善金融科技顶层设计和扩大绿色金融科技投入等。The use of fintech means such as artificial intelligence,blockchain and cloud computing can effectively solve the problems existing in China's green credit and provide opportunities for the high-quality development of green credit.Using data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper analyzes the impact of fintech on regional green credit development by using a fixed-effect model.It is found that fintech can effectively promote the development of regional green credit,and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness test.The analysis of the mechanism of action shows that fintech can effectively promote the green transformation of corporate structure by enhancing the enthusiasm of enterprises for green innovation,thus injecting vitality into the green credit market.Heterogeneity analysis shows that fintech plays a more significant role in promoting green credit development in eastern developed regions,policy-supported regions and high-innovation regions,but the heterogeneity effect of environmental regulation is limited.Finally,in order to further empower the regional green credit development of fintech,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions according to the conclusion,including building an information sharing platform by using emerging technologies,improving the top-level design of fintech and expanding investment in green fintech.
