摘  要:针对相同化学性质的真人发与牦牛毛、骆驼毛混合发条难以鉴别定量的问题,基于真人发与牦牛毛,骆驼毛自身截面形态差异,通过光学显微镜,结合毛发密度、平均横截面面积及计数根数,建立了一种对假发发条中真人发与牦牛毛、骆驼毛两种动物毛发进行定性定量分析的试验方法。研究发现:不同区域、部位的真人发与动物毛横截面形态都具有各自明显特征,且不受酸洗拉伸处理影响;试验确定真人发、牦牛毛、骆驼毛密度分别为1.31、1.30、1.29 g/cm^(3);平均横截面积测量不少于100根、计数根数大于1 000根时,可以对真人发与动物毛进行准确地定量分析。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to identify and quantify the mixed spring of human hair,yak hair and camel hair with the same chemical properties.Based on the difference of cross section morphol-ogy of human hair,yak hair and camel hair,using optical microscope,combining the hair density,average cross section area and the number of counted roots,an experimental method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of human hair,yak hair and camel hair in wig spring was established.Researches find that the cross sections of human hair and animal hair in different regions and parts have their own distinct character-istics,and are not affected by pickling and stretching treatment.The density of human hair,yak hair and camel hair is 1.31,1.30 and 1.29 g/cm^(3),respectively.When the average cross-section area is measured not less than 100,and the number of counting roots is more than 1000,the human hair and animal hair can be accurately quantitatively analyzed.
