摘  要:【目的】采用不同提取剂提取核桃果实青皮,研究核桃青皮提取物对苹果斑点落叶病菌的抑菌活性,为核桃青皮资源的再利用提供理论支持。【方法】以苹果为试验材料,选用不同浓度梯度(25%、50%、75%、100%)的不同溶剂(乙醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚、甲醇)对果实成熟期的核桃青皮进行浸提,测定核桃青皮提取物对苹果斑点落叶病菌生长的影响。【结果】结果表明,在离体抑菌试验中,使用浓度为0.625、1.25、2.5、5、10 mL/L的核桃青皮提取物均对苹果斑点落叶病菌表现出抑菌效果,以50%甲醇提取物在浓度为5 mL/L时的抑制效果最显著,抑制率高达80.71%,EC_(50)值为0.001 643 6。【结论】试验可为核桃青皮提取物防治苹果斑点落叶病菌研究提供依据,为核桃青皮资源的再利用提供理论支持。【Objective】The green husk of walnut fruit was extracted with different extractants.The antibacterial activity of the extract of the walnut green husk against apple Alternaria Blotch was studied.It provides theoretical support for the reuse of walnut husk resources.【Methods】Four different concentration gradients of ethanol,ethyl acetate,petroleum ether and methanol(25%,50%,75%,100%)were used to extract the green husk of Walnut in fructescence.The effect of walnut green husk extract on the growth of alternaria Mali were studied.【Results】The results showed that the extracts of walnut green husk(0.0625 mL/100 mL,0.125 mL/100 mL,0.25 mL/100 mL,0.5 mL/100 mL,1 mL/100 mL)were effective against alternaria Mali in vitro,in particular,50%methanol extract of walnut green husk,the most significant inhibition of hypha growth,inhibition rate of 80.71%,EC_(50) value of 0.0016436.【Conclusion】The experiment can provide a basis for the research on the prevention and control of apple spotted defoliation by walnut green husk extract,and provide theoretical support for the reuse of walnut green husk resources.
