摘　　要：电子元器件是武器装备的核心和基础,其质量影响装备作战水平。近年来,在全面推进元器件自主可控,实现元器件100%国产化的要求下,军工电子元器件单位不仅面临交付压力,更面临着质量压力和质量风险。面对严峻的质量形势,如何高效实施过程质量管控,确保武器装备质量,是军工电子元器件单位进行质量提升工作的重点。论述了军工电子元器件单位在GJB 9001C—2017《质量管理体系要求》的基础上,建设全寿命周期过程质量管控体系的内容和实施方法,为军工电子元器件单位建立过程质量管控提供了参考。Electronic components are the core and foundation of weapons and equipment,and their quality affects the equipment performance level.In recent years,under the requirements of comprehensively promoting the independence and controllability of components and realizing 100%localization of components,military electronic components units are not only facing delivery pressure,but also facing quality pressure and quality risks.In the face of the severe quality situation,how to efficiently implement process quality control and ensure the quality of weapons and equipment is the focus of quality improvement work of military electronic components units.The content and implementation method of the building the life cycle quality control system for military electronic components units based on GJB 9001C-2017“Quality management systems requirements”are discussed,which provides a reference for the establishment of process quality control for military electronic components units.
